We have something new to share with the LikeCine community: our film festival, LikeGala, is now public on FilmFreeway and open for submissions.
The first edition will take place on 21 April 2027 at Close-Up Film Centre in London, with a programme of selected films screened at the venue.
Through LikeCine, we spend our days discovering films, discussing stories and helping audiences find something worth watching. With LikeGala, we’re taking another step: inviting filmmakers to share their own work with us.
A Festival for Independent Voices
Organised by LikeMedia, the company behind LikeCine and LikeHorror, LikeGala welcomes international submissions across film, script and concept categories.
The awards include Best Feature, Best Short and Best Script, alongside dedicated horror categories. There are also categories for microbudget filmmaking, AI projects and shorts under five minutes.
Whether you have completed your first short or are looking for a festival for your latest feature, we invite you to explore the categories and find the right fit for your project.
